We will usually confirm by return. For security reasons you will then need to phone and leave a deposit (non-refundable) of £30. If you use debit/credit cards there is a charge of £1/£2, but you may instead, send a cheque payable to 'Back-of-Beyond Ltd.' We will reserve your pitch for up to 7 days to await cheque. We will give you a Booking Ref. number as confirmation that your holiday is secure (sae for written confirmation please). In Low Season, full balance is due upon arrival, but for holidays of 1 week or more in High Season, the balance is due 14 days prior to arrival. The total cost of your holiday is then non-refundable so you might wish to enquire about holiday insurance when you phone.
