Additional costs

  • Awning (breathable ground sheet only): FREE
    Gazebo (non-sided only): FREE
    Kitchen tent: FREE
  • Additional persons (2 maximum) must be over 18 years: £7.50 per person per night
  • Dogs £2.50 per night – contact us if you want to bring more than 2 dogs

All pitches are dog friendly. Dogs are not allowed in the Wild Camping area.

Camping in the Warren – please book ‘Astroturf Camping Pitch’.

Pitches are allocated on arrival according the the type of pitch booked.

No Groups please

To preserve the peacefulness of our park we don’t accept bookings for groups. The maximum number of guests is 4 per pitch or 2 per glamping unit.

How to check availability

Provisional bookings are held for 24 hours max.

If you are making a booking with a Virgin Experience Voucher, a Back Of Beyond Gift Voucher or loyalty card please do this by calling the office on 01202 876968 and do not try to make a online booking.

How to secure your dates in advance

Pay a small deposit now

Popular dates get booked up early. To avoid disappointment, please book the dates you want well in advance by paying a small deposit as soon as you can. The balance must be paid at least 28 days prior to arrival.

  • For touring and camping the deposit is £50.00 for each week or part week
  • For glamping the deposit is £60.00

If you cancel your booking at least 28 days before your arrival date and you have paid your balance in full, we will refund the balance less the deposit.

If you cancel your booking less than 28 days before your arrival date, we will not be able to offer a refund. 

If you haven’t paid the balance 28 days before your arrival date, we will have to re-let your booking and we will not be able to refund your deposit. 

Hotmail users: please note, we are having problems with hotmail users receiving booking confirmations. If possible, please use a different email address to book, alternatively, please check your spam folder for your confirmation.

Minimum stay information

In peak season, bank holidays, weekends and other popular periods such as Christmas/New Year, there may be a minimum night requirement for your stay. Please use the booking tool on our website to check this for your stay or give us a call on 01202 876968.

We will try to help where possible with single night bookings if space is available, however, additional fees may apply.
