SEASONAL PITCHES 2009
So ..... tired of towing eh? Concerned at the high cost and commitment of a 'seasonal pitch'? If so, please read on!

This park is a very big place and well off the beaten track, so we tend to rely on our seasonals as our 'eyes-and-ears', our 'site policemen' and to give continuity year on year. We believe that the usual level of commitment (ie. 12 months) and lump-sum-up-front can be off-putting .... so we scrapped both!! As seasonals are so operationally important to us, we are prepared to offer our facilities at around HALF the local rate. Not only that, we also charge on a monthly basis with an additional nightly service charge.

This year these will be £160 per cal. month, which includes 3 nights free occupation for 2 people, and £11 pn thereafter. 'Extras' charged at advertised Tourist rates. (So, you are not committed to a fixed period and can leave without penalty should circumstances change). Charges include 2 people and all site services.

Winter storage will be £135. So, for our average occupation in a full season, the total annual cost would be about £1500. Pitch fees are payable on the first of each month, in advance, and we would note that we can only offer such rates as long as reasonable use is made of the park.
