Fordingbridge Festival

RMDS Summer Show 2019

Three local fairs! 

Saturday 27 July, various locations

Two quintessential village fairs are taking place in two different villages near Fordingbridge – The Damerham Fair and Horticultural Show, and the Frogham Fair. The Damerhamm Fair and horticultural Show has a main arena packed with events and displays, as well as stalls and marquees where the flowers and produce are judged.  The Frogham Fair (12.3-4.30pm) will be starring the Dog & Duck Show (as seen on BBC Countryfile), along with Terrier racing, dog show, dog agility, and wheelbarrow racing! Also on the same day just outside Ringwood is the Vintage Summer Fayre with Dog Show (1pm-5pm) for the Stable Home Family Trust which supports people with learning disabilities. See details


The New Forest & Hampshire County Show

One of the top agricultural shows in the country, with dog shows, gymkhana and farm animals, as well as a local produce market and demonstrations. Tickets are available from the Gateway building in the Ringwood main town carpark.  www.newforestshow.co.uk


Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra Proms in the Park

The Great Dorset Chilli Festival

Lunchtime recital by Nicola Burley

Bisterne Scarecrow Festival 2019

11-26 August 2019, 

Head down the B3347 from Ringwood towards Christchurch, and you’ll see some unexpected characters along the road! This is a favourite local tradition centred around the hamlet of Bisterne Village Hall, where teas will be available at certain times. £1 maps available from Dragon Cottages (opposite the Hall), Ringwood Gateway (main town car park), Texaco Garage, Crow Farm Shop and Tyrrells Ford hotel.

RSPCA Fun Dog Show and Craft Fair

New Forest Marathon
