Much delight was had on Thursday 6th February as some of the Back of Beyond team headed to the Marsham Court Hotel in Bournemouth for the Dorset Tourism Awards.

Back of Beyond was up for two of these prestigious awards; Camping & Caravanning Park of the Year and Dog Friendly Business of the Year, both with some tough local competition.

Martin Bowrey, owner of Back of Beyond Touring, Camping and Glamping Park comments:

“We were absolutely thrilled to achieve a Silver Award in the Camping & Caravanning Park of the Year and a Gold Award for Dog Friendly Business of the Year.

“Our team have dedicated themselves to working tirelessly to make improvements to our park, from installing better drainage to creating dog welcome packs.

“To have our achievements reflected in these awards is a testament to the hard work and efforts of all of our team over the past year.

“We are making further improvements to our park ahead of our re-opening on 28th February and can’t wait to see what the 2025 season will bring.”
