Mobile takeaways

If you don’t feel like cooking, then look out for the regular catering vans which come to our site. Grab a takeaway and either eat it in the cosy surroundings of Monty’s Bar, or take it back to your accommodation.

We have regular catering vans visit us. Our line-up for 2025 is as follows:

  • MONDAY Dorset Pedaling Pizza Co. 5pm-7pm.
  • TUESDAY Smokey Mose Potatoes. 5.30pm-7.30pm. 
  • WEDNESDAY Fish & Chips by Surf and Turf Catering. 4.45pm-7pm. 
  • THURSDAY Thai Food by Krua Thai. 5.30pm-7.30pm. 
  • FRIDAY Dorset Pedaling Pizza Co. 5pm-7.30pm.
    Neapolitan-style pizzas. 
  • SATURDAY Fish & Chips by Surf & Turf Catering. 4.45pm-7pm. Fish, sausages, chicken, burgers, chips, veggie and gluten free. 
  • SUNDAY Grill Haus – breakfasts and gourmet burgers. 9am-10.30am and 5.30pm-7.30pm.

Please note: times and days can be subject to change, please keep an eye on the boards at the Information Hut on the day or ask at Reception. We typically have visiting caterers 7 nights a week – please do check with us for March and December.

Breakfasts at Back of Beyond
  • Freshly baked breakfast croissants, pastries, sausage rolls and baguettes are available to pre-order before 6pm at Reception. Your order will be ready for 9.30am the following morning.
  • Self-serviced coffee, tea and hot chocolate are available to order from Reception along with a good selection of local produce.
  • Freshly toasted Tea cakes are available to order from Reception.
Monty’s Bar

Monty’s Bar is open daily 4pm-8pm for drinks.

Charcuterie Platters

Whether you fancy this as a surprise or greeting upon arrival or simply as a treat, we can order in charcuterie platters from Lovitaly, a local Italian delicatessen in Ringwood, for you to enjoy at Monty’s Bar, your pitch or glamping unit. 

Choose from the following platters:

Tagliere di formaggi – A generous selection of freshly cut Italian cheese and grilled vegetables, served with homemade chilli jam, Italian truffle honey and sweet dips and homemade bread.

Tagliere Lovitaly – Lovitaly’s signature platter. The finest selection of freshly cut Italian cured meat and fresh Italian cheese, served with homemade chilli jam and homemade bread.

Tagliere vegetariano – A light and fresh platter with grilled vegetables, sundried tomatoes, eggs, olives, assorted vegetarian delights, served with homemade chilli jam and homemade bread.

Platters – £32

Bookings must be made the night before for delivery the following afternoon by calling 01202 876968 or popping into Reception.

Cream Teas

Treat yourself to a cream tea. This can be enjoyed at Monty’s Bar, your pitch or your glamping unit.

Prices:

  • Cream tea with 2 plain scones, cream and jam to takeaway £9.50
  • Cream tea with tea and coffee at Monty’s Bar £15
  • Cream tea with 2 x glasses of prosecco £27

Price is for 2 people. Please order from Reception by 4pm the day before (subject to availability). Sausage rolls are also available at an additional cost.

Special occasions 

If you are celebrating something special, why not consider pre-ordering a bottle of prosecco or champagne for your glamping unit or your camping/touring pitch? Please contact us to find out prices and to add this to your booking. 

Food and drink welcome packs

Welcome packs with everyday essentials such as milk, bread and jam are available to pre-order online at time of booking your pitch or by calling us on 01202 876968. 

Or, why not treat yourselves to a bottle of fizz or a welcome pack of beers and fruit ciders? We can also take orders for people wishing to gift any of the following for someone booked to come to our park. 

Our welcome packs are as follows:

  • A bottle of premium Champagne £70
  • Welcome pack with bread, milk, Dorset jam, Dorset tea, eggs, butter and Dorset cereal £25
  • Welcome beer/cider pack (please specify if you’d prefer beer, cider or a mixture) £20
  • A bottle of Prosecco £22
  • A bottle of Champagne £50-£70
